Question regarding my husbands job
My husband had me apply for a job with his current employer online for a management position. From him applying for this position online they have removed him from the management program stating that he went over there heads applying for this position. My opinion is that this is a form of discrimination because anybody should be able to apply for upward mobility and not have it provide any repercussions to his current position. Please Help thank you

Unless your husband is working under an employment contract that would protect him against arbitrary actions by his employer such as the one described, he is, unfortunately, very likely without a remedy with respect to his current employment situation.
