Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Virginia
should I sue verizon
I had a new home built recently and called Verizon to instal service. My home was only 12 days old when the tech hit my main electrical wire and set the back of my house on fire. He ruined my sidding, grass and the electrical box. They fixed everything but the grass and have been giving me a hard time about fixing it. The offered to pay for three months of service which my husband and I agreeded to. They recently cut off my service without notice, and have yet to fix the grass. Both my husband and I have called several time and keep getting the run around. They keep telling me to talk to one supervisor who ignores my calls finally I left him a message saying I was not interested in talking to him because he has been no help and I want to speak to another supervisor. Can someone tell me what I should do next?

You can sue Verizon for whatever your damages/losses are that you have yet to recoup for up to $5K in your local
Virginia small claims court for a filing fee of around $40. (Once the company is served with papers by the local deputy sheriff, they'll probably take the action that needs to be taken to finally settle this matter.)
