Hello I was placed on 6month probation for possession of marijuana. I was caught yesterday with a DWI... does that mean I am going to jail? I have a 3.7GPA in college and going to jail this semester will severely hurt my transfer chances...... I know I messed up. Ive been having suicidal thoughts and depressed moods since I was placed on probation. My probation status ends on nov 24

If your previous sentence imposed included jail time that was suspended, then, yes, it's possible that you could now be sentenced to spend some time there as a result of this violation of your conditions of probation (new arrest for DWI).
Better get a lawyer to represent you on both charges now pending
against you, and perhaps, also seek some counseling for your
depressed moods and suicidal thoughts.
