Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

1st offense in NC, now one in VA

1st DUI conviction 2 yrs ago in NC. VA licensed and VA DMV does not show the conviction on their records. Now a new 1st DUI charge in VA! Will they find out about the NC charge and change their charge or use it in sentencing?

This question has alrady been answered, i.e., yes, Virginia prosecutors will undoubtedly find out about the NC conviction and use it in their dispositional considerations of the case.
