Blood Test
What drugs do they test for? I blew a 000 and they determined that I must be on drugs. Don't take any illegal drugs. What drugs will they test for. I have anxiety and take Zoloft and take ambien for sleeping at night. Since I do take ambien what level would it have to be to be DUI?

Whether you're taking a blood test or
breathelizer test for the presence of alcohol or other drugs, you should inform the examiner as to your intake of Zoloft and Ambien and in what dosages and frequency. These drugs taken as prescribed should not in any way contribute to you're being accused of or adjudged guilty of DUI as a result of any test performed upon your person.
