Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

breathlyzer -vs- bac
i had 2 dui's, both times my breathalyzer was .08 but my bac was .05 and .04. which is the correct one to go by?

The BAC reading, obviously, but you'll need a good lawyer to make the case for you.
