Charge has gone to grand jury
My case has three charges, two of which were dismissed for ''nolle prosquei'' and the third, a suspected 3rd DUI has gone to grand jury. What does this mean? Haven't all the charges been dismissed as ''nolle prosquei''?

When the prosecutor elects to take a nolle pros, the prosecutor may elect to present its evidence to the grand jury. The charges are not "dismissed" or deemed dead and unable to haunt you again unless the dismissal was with prejudice.
