The court issued a capias because attending asap was a condition of probation. In other words, in order to get suspended time, rather than the whole sentence, you needed to go to asap and be on good behavior. At this point the court may give you back some of the suspended time. Your only real chance is a really good excuse. You should complete asap anyway, or you will not get a license.
