Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

Date on Breathalyser Printout

After being arrested for driving after illegally consuming alcohol, I was administered a breath test at the police station. When the results were printed it gave my BAC reading and a time and date of 12:07 AM Oct 17. At the bottom of the printout there is a paragraph for the officer to testify and sign acknowledging the breathalyser was accurate to the date administered. He signed his name and dated it Oct 16, the date of my arrest. I was wondering if this was a large enough discrepancy to alter my case. Thank you for your time.
