Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

drivers licsense

i lost my drivers licsense in michigan, approx. 4 years ago, did jail time and i am cleared of all charges, my crime is dui 2nd. i am fighting with them to get my driving priveleges back. i live in virginia now, for 1.5 years need to know if there is anything i can do to get liscense back here or anything of that nature

Go down to your local Virginia DMV office and apply for a license. Disclose on the application those things that you are required to disclose but no more, and then let them tell you what must be done in order for you to gain driver's license eligibilty in the Commonwealth.
