Driving without a US license part 2
So after gathering some more info. I found out my Korean cousin does actually have a F1 visa but is in the process of extending or tranfering it since he is going off to college. He also has a Korean driver's license just not a international driver's license. He was driving with his parents (they have a driver's license) and was caught for reckless. He will be getting a lawyer but I wanted to know what his options were. Will this affect his visa application since he has to update it to take into context that he's now an upcoming college freshman.

The lawyer should be able to explain your Korean couisin's options. (The curent charges are unlikely to affect the update of his visa application.)
