Dui
I was arrested for dui after being sober for 16 months. I had currently being treated with iterferon adn ribavirin for hepc, which gave me horrible axiety attacks, which I self medicated. My gastrointrologist does not prescribe meds for side effects. Meanwhile I was waiting weeks to get relief from the clinic.
Needless to say I have quite my treatments and wondering if this might be an argument in court, if I could recieve letters from these various doctors. Right now I am seeing a Psctciatrist whon has me stable.
Could you give me an answer please?

The scenario which you've described should have no
effect (in my opinion) regarding the adjudication of your guilt or innocence of the DUI charge. You should expect to be adjudicated guilty as charged.
It may, however, be of some import in your sentencing and, possibly, could have an effect in that phase of your case.
