Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

DUI Bench Warrent

I was convicted in another state (California) for a DWI in 05 and and have an outstanding bench warrent. I live in VA (I was on trip when it happened). And now am trying to find out the best way to deal with it.

I would suggest that you contact a California attorney who is experienced with DUI and criminal matters in general in that state.
