Dui & dd driver
I have a question.....my licence was recently suspended due to a DWI in VA. I have not gotten a restricted licence yet, and was wondering, would it be legal for me to be a designated driver while my licence is suspended?? Thanks for your time!!!

Aside from the fact that YOUR LICENSE IS SUSPENDED, you have demonstrated an inability to not get drunk and drive. Now you would be asking a bunch of friends to take you to the party and trust you to resist temptation and not drink. How about not going to the party at all? Take the bus to your local AA meeting and have some coffee.
