In the Commonwealth, a mandatory 10 days in the slammer + $500 fine, if the second offense was within 5-10 years of the first conviction or 20 days of mandatory confinement if within 0-5 years of the first conviction + $500fine. Add on another 10 days if the BAC was .15+ and 20 days if .20+. (See Va. Code Sec. 18.2-270.)
