dui and 3rd driving on suspended charge
I was pulled in Arlington County because they ran my plates and found that i had a suspended license, and I had been drinking the night before so i blew a .09 when they gave me a Breathalyzer. My question is, what kind of sentence are they more than likely going to give me, thanks!

Why don't you worry about problem #1. If you are .09 the next morning, this is a Real Good Sign That You Have A Drinking Problem.

Better see an Arlington County or other attorney who is familiar with how things are done in the General District Traffic Court there, and specifically, how DUI matters are dealt with in that particular court.
