DUI and restricted Motor Cycle License

I waz the one asked the question about the restricted Motor License, You said ask the court that issued the CDL. I dont have a CDL any more. Va Courts said that if convicted even in your personal vehicle that you cant have a restricted CDL. So thier went my truck drining job of 29 yrs because of one stupid mistake..but i can asked the court that issued my restriction for my license about the motor cycle restrictions

You should be able to obtain a restricted license

to operate a motorcyle in order to complete important personal tasks in your life such as purchasing groceries, visiting the doctor, attending educational classes, etc.
