Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

My fiancee got a dui(2) and a habitual offender also 2nd, this was in sept of 2009, in dec 2009 he was hospitalized for severe stroke,then again in march of 2010,hospitalized again,his dr has him to be watched for 24hr periods,he has number of tia's and visits to hospital,his right side has sugnificant loss,speech,memory,and has number of upcoming mri,ct,pt,rehab for a lenthly time,was told he could get house arrest because of his dibilatations

his functioning is limited,paying attention,walking(with cane) drooping face,spaced out for periods of time ect, any help would be appreciated

to his impaired medical condition but a lawyer will likely be necessary to

persuade the judge.
