i have been charged with sale or gift of alcohol to person under 21was my alcohol in seal container and they opened i had no knowlage of it till the police walked up to vehcile what is my best defense this is something im strongly against and im 46 years old never been in trouble and person that opened it will testifei to it then was charged with open container because bottle had been opened both of us voletrred for breath test but wasnt tested and no arrest this was in national park
