If a indidual has a suspended drivers licence and drives someone else's car gets in an accident. Who will be responsible, and can the owner be sued, even if the owner of the car is'nt aware of the suspension?

The one first and foremost liable for the damages caused in the accident would be the driver.
The owner of the car might be secondarily liable if s/he gave permission for the driver to drive the car (whether or not the owner knew about the suspended license).
