I have been invited to a small party at which alcohol will be provided to persons who are over 18 but under 21. I am 21 years old, so I am free to consume alcohol. However, I am worried that I could get in trouble with the police if they were to show up. Even though I am not the one providing the alcohol and the party will not be held on my property, could I be in any way held liable for my friends' underage drinking?

Probably not, (but is it worth the chance?)
