Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

License Conversion

I have recently moved to Virginia and am trying to obtain my license. I was convicted in Missouri on two DWIs and currently hold a restricted license there. My license was originally suspensed for five years of which I have served four. My current restricted license allows me to drive to work, school, etc. I was wondering what I need to do to get my license in Virginia.

Re: License Conversion

Just go down to your nearest DMV office and pickup an application for a driver's license and answer all questions truthfully before submitting it for processing.

Then they should let you know what else you may need to do under your particular circumstances in order to qualify for a driver's license in the Commonwealth.
