Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

License

I was convicted of a DUI in 2002 and received a suspended sentence and entry into VASAP. I never went to DMV or finished the classes. In 2003, VASAP show caused for both the suspended sentence and the restricted license. I was found quilty and was incarcerated for 10 days. Can I now go to the DMV to get my license back since I didn't have a license (restricted or otherwise) for the 1 yr suspension period?

Re: License

You can reapply for your license one year from the date of your conviction on the show cause and imposition of the previously suspended sentence, the date of which is not clear from your question.
