hello ,can you tell me how long my dwi will stay on my record in va?its been eight months already,and the school system turned me down.i went through asap classas,and im going to aa classes too.

Unless you can have the DUI misdemeanor conviction expunged, probably, "forever".

If you are an adult the conviction will most likely remain on your record forever. It is very difficult to get expungements.
