What does NOLLE PRESEQUI mean?
I have charged DWI, 1st on 12/19/2010.
This is my information case: (Stafford, VA)
Case Type: Misdemeanor, Final disposition in district court: Nolle Prosequi.
The finalized hearing held on 02/03/2011.
I appeared at court and know that: The prosecutor have not received the blood test result yet, but they don't want to drop the case.
What is the outcome of this court case?
Thanks

"Nolle Prosequi" Most likely, that the case was dismissed by the court on the Commonwealth's own motion (due to failure of forensic test results
to be provided in sufficient time).
