Open Container of Private Property

I got an Open Container citation on Private Property. The Private Property is a Private Park owned by a Home Owner's assocation, of which I am a member and have to pay dues to every year, therefore I am a part owner of said property. Only members of the Assocation and their guests are allowed at the park. Any suggestions on how to fight this?

Yes, show up in court on the day scheduled for your hearing on the matter and make a request to the prosecutor to have the case dismissed.(Bring proof of your contention that the property is privately held by your HOA.)
