Im 19 and i received a possession of alcohol by minor ticket. What kind of charges will i receive?
My name is not on the ticket, my faters name is but the officer said my parents did not have to find out able the ticket, I would just have to go to court. Will they have to throw it out if my name is not on the ticket. Also the officer had put the wrong eye color of my eyes on the ticket. does this matter if its wrong?

No, the defects on the ticket can easily be corrected by the prosecutor on the day of trial. Possible penalty for this violation is a mandatory fine of $500 or 50 hours of community service and suspension of your driving privilege for six to twelve months and a record of conviction for a Class 1 misdemeanor.
