Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

Pre-trial question

I was stopped and blew a .15. Two

hours at the station it was .19. Even

after the trooper saw it go up, he still

commented that I was so nice and

courteous and that would help me.

How??

Also I decided to go ahead and get

into the state's Alcohol Rehab that

they force you to do and do some

community service before the trial.

Will that help me?
