Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

pretrial stuff

I got a DUI July 4th week. My BAC as

.19 at the station. Since then I have

been called in three times to radomly

blow at pretrial services. I have

blown .000 everytime. In addition, I

have voluntarliy gone to one AA

metting a week and have gone to

eight Alcohol Rehab classes (blowing

.000 at every class). Is any of this

going to help me?

Sure, that could help, but having blown

a BAC of .19, you're going to do at least five days in the slammer(if convicted), which is reason enough to have a lawyer representing you in this matter, in case you haven't quite gotten around to hiring one yet.
