Article 894? Perhaps, you're referring to the UCMJ? However, if not, FYI there is no expungement of records of criminal conviction available in the Commonwealth
unless the convicted one can prove that he or she was wrongfully convicted
and in consequence thereof has received a pardon from the governor.
