Reinstating License After Moving to Another State
Ok here is my problem:
I had a Florida's Drivers License when I was arrested in North Carolina for a DWI. I then moved from Florida to Virginia before my suspended period was up.
How do I settle my debts and get a Virginia license?

Go down to your nearest DMV office and see what they might now require of you in order to obtain a valid driver's license in the Commonwealth.
