Restoration Of Drivers License
In 1984, The Circuit Court ruled, I was declared a habitual offender.
I have been a resident of NC for 25 years, with a clean driving record.
Yet, when I went to renew my NC License, the National Drivers Registy had this Va. Comment on my record.
This time factor far exceeds time limits required by Va Petetion.
There is no provision to handle Out of State citizens, in the resoulation of VA. ruling.
