suspended virginia drivers license
is there another state that will issue me a license to operate a motor vehicle? i owe va 4000.00 dollars in fines and with child support @600.00 amonth it will be indefinte when i can commence payment on the driving while suspended fines . please help. thanks

Only if the DMV rules of that state will permit you to be licensed without having paid all of your fines owed to the Commonwealth and will not disqualify you because of your DWS (and other?)convictions.
