underage alcohol possesion
i am 14 yrs old and have never been in trouble before. i was recently arrested and charged with underage possesion of alcohol. i was also intoxicated. when i go to court what can i expect to happen?

A mandatory $500 fine or 50 hours of community service, one or the other,and possibly enrollment in a substance abuse treatment or education program. If you qualify as a first time offender for deferred disposition status with the special probation conditions that may go with this particular disposition, you may avoid all or part of the fine or the community service components of the standard penalty as well as any record of any conviction for this offense if you complete the probation sucessfully.
You would be well advised to have an attorney representing you in this matter to ensure that you get the best possible disposition.
