Legal Question in DUI Law in Virginia

VA DUI -- license suspenion question

I am currently serving a one year suspension of my driver's license after being convicted of DUI and refusal to submit to a breath test in Virginia. I am eligible to get my license back at the end of August, 2008. I have completed the necessary VASAP program and other requirements. I am currently living in Pennsylvania, but I had a Virginia driver's license at the time of the suspension. What steps will I need to take to get my license back when the time comes? Will I have to take the driver's test over again? Thank you

Re: VA DUI -- license suspenion question

You should not have to retake the full Virginia

Driver's License test to reactivate your license in the Commonwealth unless the license that you had at the time of its supension has gone beyond the six year expiration date listed on the license without a renewal.
