violating probation
I was sent to court for residue in a bowl containing marijuana and tested later to find cocaine. after spending 5 months (before being sentenced to anything-by my own free will) I went to court and the charge was dropped to just a misdemeanor with me on probation for 6 months. I recently met with my probationand confessed to having had alcohol on one occasion recently then somehow did not pass the breathalizer with a .004 when I had not been drinking that day. the only reason I could think of was that maybe somehow the alcohol stayed in my system from the 2 nights prior, so my PO wrote a report saying I had had a few beers 2 nights before (which was true). I later found that the tea I had been drinking (kombuucha) that morning contained around .5% alcohol from the fermentation. I did not have to be 21 to buy it and had no idea.I don't know if my PO sent the report yet, but I know it was violating probation and breaking a law (I'm 19) but the reason for not passing the breathalizer was not from alcohol really. it's just like having used mouthwash before. but from confessing to have drank recently (I don't know why I did. I'm a compulsive truth-teller) will I be punished for telling the truth? what is most likely to happen?
