letter of grievance
When writing a letter of grievance, in a public school setting against an administrator (I am a teacher), who is required to receive copies of the letter besides my principal and the district's human resource director? Does the person I have a grievance against have to get a copy too?

Re: letter of grievance
Generally the procedure for filing a grievance is made by the school board of the system you work for. They must follow virginia code 22.1 308. Generally notice is not required until there are scheduled formal proceedings before the board.
