Legal Question in Education Law in Virginia
Can my school legally punish me for not filling out the census? I go to a military college but it still does not give them the right to punish me for something that is none of their business right?

If it is a private college, they can decide to run their operations as they want to. So they could require public participation or the like for their students.
A public school could not punish you for not filling out the census.
