Grandma going to nursing home
I am a caregiver for my grandmother and she is going to a nursing home and she has to sell her house. She would like to give me some money. Could she legally give me money without reprocussions in the furture

I'm unclear what you mean by "repercussions". If you are referring to a gift? She could gift you an amount of money and provided it does not exceed proscribed amounts be gifted tax-free. I would advise that the nature of your question could best be answered by consulting personally with an attorney so that your particular needs can be best structured for your grandmother's benefit.
