step son trying to get mom out nusing home over her powerattorney
dughter holding mother in nursing home against her wishes .daughter has deed to house but mom has lifetime rights with clause in deed that if mom stays away from house 4months countinous she looses them rights.mom has three weeks left and wants home but daughter doing all she can using power attorney to hold her in. mom is competent but power attorney wants a second opinion ; hoping they will say she is incompetent. nobody can get info on first evaluation yet and it seems to me nobody thinks mom has rights. should she have to wait while power attorney sets up this.

Hire an attorney immediately or call your local department of social services and ask for adult protective services.
