Legal Question in Entertainment Law in Virginia

There are SO MANY statutes that come up under "firearm' that I think you should do a search tehre and see which statutes are actually of interest to you.

For example, I don't know if shooting deer from a watercraft is a law that would be of interest to you or not. I don't know if shooting a deer while using a light to blind the deer would make your list.

So I think it would be better if you put in a search word or two and find the statutes that are actually of concern to you.

When you do this, the statutes will probably only define the CLASS of c rime... such as Class 4 Misdemeanor, Class 5 Felony, etc.

When you have this list, you could ask again if you have any trouble figuring out the penalties that apply to each class of crime
