90 Days With NCP

Special calculations for child support are required where a child spends 90 or more days per year with the ''non-custodial'' parent - does this only apply to overnight visits?

No, under Va. Code Sec. 20-108.2 G 3(c), it applies to both full 24 hour stays as well as to overnight visits, but the latter are considered only half day stays for purposes of these special calculations.
