Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia
3 hours away from child
Our verbal agreement of child custody is to meet half-way on weekends of visitation. (No restrictions to visitation)We live 3 hours away from each other. She will not meet me half-way this weekend, and wants me to drive the full 3 hours to drop off my child. Is this legal? And what are my options?

So, you would now like to have your wife sanctioned or at least publicly reprimanded based upon her alleged
violation of a further alleged verbal agreement? I think not.
Your first option might be to get the visitation and other related matters reduced to a writing and, perhaps, entered in your local J&DRDC(Juvenie & Domestic Relations District Court)as an order of the court where it can be enforced, if there's a real need for such enforcement at some future time.
Re: 3 hours away from child
As long as there is no court order about driving then no one violates an order by refusing to do so. When there is no court order on a topic, the court expects you to be reasonable which includes accomodating each other from time to time. A refusal for no good reason would be looked on as a bad act should the evidence ever be presented to a Judge.
Good luck.
