Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I received a portion of my husbands 40lk in a divorce settlement. Now that the divorce is final, he says I must help him pay for additional legal/accting aid in transferring the action. My divorce papers state that he has to take care of the transfer papers. Can he make me pay?
