i am 5 months pregnant and i have a 21 month old daughter. my husband left me and says he wants a divorce, but i dont agree with his decision. i dont understand it. he is living with friends, and sleeping on their couch for past three weeks. i let my daughter stay the night one time but he broke my trust by bringing someone i asked him not to around my baby. legally do i have to let her stay overnight or can he do all his visits during day or at our house?

No, as the child's natural custodial parent, "legally (you) do not have to let her stay overnight" and, yes, "he can do all his visits during the day at (your) house".
