5th week in a month

If you had a child support order for a set amount monthly and then the court changed it to weekly to come out on a payrole check (cea) and the amout is the same as was for a month do I still have to pay the 5th week on the months that have 5 weeks.

If the court order says weekly, that's how it must be deducted from your salary and payed over to whoever the designated recipient/payee may be.
