Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

I have 6 year old daughter that I walk to the bus stop which is 80 feet away from the house in a court. It's getting cold now and would like to check the legality of leaving my other 2 children in the house while I do this in the state of Virginia?

Shouldn't be a problem if it's not more than about 10 minutes(in my opinion).
