Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My 12 year olod daughter just confided in my mother that her mother's boy friend is dealing drugs out of the house they live in. I was wondering what i should do, and what might happen with my daughter when i take an action?

Before you "take an action" on the accusation of your minor child, you would likely be well advised to secure further corroborating information (in my opinion).
