Legal Question in Family Law in Virginia

My 28 year old son was married on April 4, 2010. His wife has declared that she does not wish to remain married as she has been committing adultery (with her former boyfriend/father of second child-age4) prior to the marriage and continues to. Can this marriage be annulled?

No, not annuled, but divorce is clearly a possibility (in my opinion).
