My 17 year old son got a 20 year old pregnant. She wants to keep the baby, but he does not. What are his rights as a minor in terms of giving up parental rights and being relieved of responsiblity for the child?

Sure, that might be possible if this young man can manage to round up a prospective adoptive father for this aborning child who is willing and able to assume the fatherly responsibilities which your son now apparently would prefer to eschew.
